WHY SHOULD I HAVE YOU DO MY PRINTING WITH SO MANY PRINTERS OUT THERE?
Because we’re all about image quality and a personal, hands on approach to printing. We’ll make your photos and paintings look their best. Everything we print is individually viewed and adjusted for printing by a professional photographer. All of our canvas prints are coated and stretched by hand. If you are looking for machine prints at rock-bottom prices, with minimal personal attention to image quality, you won’t find it here. Your photos receive individual attention with the aim of presenting them at their best color, tonal range, and clarity.

WHAT SIZE PRINT WILL MY PHOTO MAKE?
The short answer: most cameras made in the past few years shot at their highest quality (fewest shots to fill the memory card) will make beautiful prints, even at surprisingly large sizes. So choose the size print that fits your needs; we’ll contact you with recommendations if we notice any problems. Don’t worry, if you ask for a size that is too large for your file quality we will not print it without first getting in touch with you.

DO YOU DO GICLEE PRINTING?
HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS TO YOU?
You can get us your photos in a number of ways. You can send an email to info@imagingartsprinting.com with your photos attached. You can also upload images directly to our site here. Alternatively, if your photo is too large for email then you can share with us via Dropbox (we use it every day and love it) or a similar service such as Google Drive or Hightail.
ARE YOUR PRINTS ARCHIVAL?
DO YOU OFFER TEST PRINTS?
Yes, we will do test prints for first time customers. This means that we will make one small paper print of one image at a size that fits within a current print run (the size may well be arbitrary) for free. We will not make finished canvas prints for free, nor will we make specific print sizes for free. If you’re considering making a larger print and would like to see a specific test size first then we suggest simply ordering a small print at your specified size before making the large one.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Standard turnaround time for paper prints is 3-5 business days and canvas is 5-7 business days. Standard turnaround for digitizing art is one week. Please note that this is standard turnaround, which means that turnaround times can fluctuate. Sometimes we slow down when we are particularly busy and other times we get it done faster. Larger orders (orders with large prints or quantities above 10) will often take longer than our standard turnaround time. Rush services are sometimes available for a rush fee when time permits. We are always happy to work with you on deadlines when we can so if you are in a time crunch please get in touch and let us know your deadline ahead of time. But please remember, we are a quality centric business so It is more important to us to do a good job than to be fast.
